The Spectacular Animal Kingdom

Hello, my friends! Today I'm going to talk about the animal kingdom. When I was a child, I saw a lot of TV, especially Animal Planet channel with my dad. My favorite show was The Most Extreme, a documentary television series that each episode focuses on a specific topic and made a ranking of that with some animals, from the 10th to the first.

Seeing that type of series I learned a lot about animals and their features. For example, some birds have teeth, like the geese. They don't have a dentadure like ours, but they have their own type. Birds don't produce enamel, but they can use their teeth for cutting grass or for having in control slippery things, like snails.

Another thing is the difference between frogs and toads. The first ones has a soft and wet skin. Also their body are thiner than the toad's bodies. Indeed, the frongs lives in the water, for that reason their legs are longer, perfect for swimming and jumping.

Meanwhile, the toads looks dry and had warts in their skin. Joined to this, they smell weird and their taste is disgusting, that is for avoiding that their predators eat them. In addition, they are more robust and their legs are shorter than those of frogs, because they live in the earth and, for that reason, they walk.

Some of the pictures in this blog are amphibians. You have the chance to guess who are toads or frogs. Let your answer in the comments!

In conclussion, the animals are fascinating. They can surprise us with their characteristics and we can't never learnt enough about them because we would be always discoverings something new about this amazing kingdom.

Thats is all for today. See ya!
